Terms & Conditions – Superb Kitchens Inc

Services
Superb Kitchens Inc (“the Company”) will provide services as agreed. The Client must review and approve all documents—measurements, colors, finishes, and styles—before signing. The Company is not responsible for errors in approved documents.

Payments

50% deposit required to start an order

Cabinetry: full payment due at delivery

Stone countertops: payment due the day after installation

Final 5% balance due at project completion

All extras must be paid in full upon delivery

Quotations
Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Client Responsibilities
Client must provide access, keep work areas clear, and obtain permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Timeline
The Company will work within estimated timeframes but is not liable for delays beyond its control (weather, shipping, third parties).

Liability
The Company is not responsible for damage caused by others on-site. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client under this contract.

Damage by Others
The Company is not liable for damages caused by other contractors or individuals not employed by the Company.

Cancellation
Contracts may be canceled within 2 days of signing with a 50% cancellation fee. After 2 days, the contract is binding.

Termination
The Company may terminate the contract if the Client fails to meet obligations. Deposits will be forfeited.

Disputes
Both parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If not resolved, mediation or binding arbitration will be used.

Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the agreement.

Warranty Disclaimer
Superb Kitchens Inc does not provide warranties on cabinets, appliances, or manufactured products. All warranties come from manufacturers. After delivery, warranty responsibility follows manufacturer terms.
The Company will assist the Client in contacting manufacturers and facilitating warranty claims when possible.
